Purchases and refunds

Purchase and Refund Policy

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the credits included in that purchase have been used.
A credit is used once it unlocks or creates a final non-draft Paystub, W-2 or 1099-NEC document, including a final PDF download or printing.
Used credits and completed final documents are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, a confirmed technical failure that prevented you from receiving or using the purchased service, unauthorized payments handled under applicable law and payment-provider procedures, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
Send refund requests to han@ezoxmediagroup.com and include the purchase email address and the payment reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
When a refund is approved, the corresponding unused credits are revoked.
Purchased credits do not expire.
